Amsterdam - Italian Support Agent
We are looking for a skilled, experienced Italian speaking Support Agent for our Customer Support Team in Amsterdam to help us support our Italian speaking users. Preferably you start as soon as possible.

As one of our support agents, you’ll be working in a dynamic, international, open and informal environment. You’ll be working in a team that currently consists of 5 support agents, which at the moment handles requests from customers in 5 languages.

You should be a pleasant and professional first point of contact for ROMEO users, offering advice and helping to maintain the quality and validity of profiles within ROMEO.

Responsibilities
You are the company voice for our Italian speaking community.
You'll communicate with customers via our ticketing system, email, and online chat.
You're responsible for answering customer questions about our products.
You'll troubleshoot with users and process suggestions, bugs, and other information to ensure we are constantly improving the user experience.
You review bugs and technical issues that users report to see if you can reproduce them for our 2nd level support and development teams.

Requirements
Italian (native) speaker with excellent written communication skills in Italian;
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written);
Communication skills in one additional language such as Spanish or French is beneficial
Technical background and a basic understanding of how software works;
Experience in customer support with a good focus and an empathetic attitude to handling customer enquiries;
